I have cultivated a habit of doing 10 minutes yoga and 200 times rope skipping in the morning, before breakfast. It is giving me a strange happy feeling that I cannot describe. I think I should sticking to the routine until I get used to it.

I'm drinking Goji Berry Juice to get rid of skin problems.

I workout everyday, or at least 3 or 4 times a week. It varies. The main thing is that I am consistent. I do the cardio/strength training combo. Might as well kill two birds with one stone. Moderate weights, high reps. I can zip through the whole thing in about 20 minutes. One of the big pluses for me is that I feel good after. I get an energy boost from it, and yeah it's supposed to be good for you.

Eat healthy (for me this means lots of veggies and variety, but I dont ban anything from my diet - I will eat anything, but balance is the key).
Stay active - exercise doesnt have to be in a gym, but you need to have some physical activity.
Get enough sleep.
Take time to relax and follow my dreams - this is about mental and emotional health which tie into physical health.

Reminisce of good memories of places and activities of the past. I do it every day esp during the summer. If memory is building your world after death then i am building a lot. If not, then ah well.

Run and bike everyday, other exercises. I eat what i can afford. Drink lots of water.

I drink a superfood shake each day, run and I'm into cross fit. I enjoy meditation and yoga too, both help so much to keep your mind clear.

I quite simply make sure to go for a 30 - 40 minute walk daily, just to clear my head. It's a great time to think and I really get lost in the moment.

Our axes, spears and swords
Guide us through storms that whip
And in brutal war

Most days I do some stretches, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches. I take a multivitamin, a choline supplement, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and fish oil every morning with breakfast. Often when I get hungry between meals I'll eat a raw egg yolk; the replenishment of energy is instantaneous.
