Cardio training is very helpful for human body as I had started Cardio exercise few 3 months back, Now I am feeling that my body become very light, my food digestion process and my stamina increased, I even loss 3 - 5 kg weight without doing any diet.

Cardio is an essential part to My Martial Arts Training. Yes the body feels soft amd Light from doing the essential Cardio.

Weight training is more important, cardio is shit if not supplemented with something to build lean body mass.

It also can be used as a type of meditation/altered state. I really enjoy this aspect. Besides if you strengthen your physical body you are also strengthening your astral/spiritual body/s too! Everything is connected that way.
