Monday: Squats (double legged, one legged and jumping squats)
Tuesday: Pullups (wide handed)
Wednesday: Pushups
Thursday: Pullups (this time for the biceps by holding the bar in the traditional chin up with palms facing in at shoulder level width or reverse grip) and Dips (on a bench or dip bar or both)
Friday: Legs (squats, running up stairs etc)

That's a good plan. The rest of you can just smoke a ton of cigarettes and stop eating. The water weight will come off fast. Promise.

I'm going to start Burpees to get in shape. I hope I will be able to do it on a regular basis unlike other exercises which I failed many times to follow for longer than 20 days.

When I wasn't doing manual labor I did this circuit. It seems simple but personally I found it to be quite exhausting if I pushed it

Perform 3-5 rounds of the following. Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Use a timer.

Burpees 10-15 reps
Pushups 10-15 reps
Floor crunch 10-15 reps
Squat jumps 10-15 reps
Bicycle crunches 10-15 reps
Mountain climbers 10-15 reps
Walking lunge 10-15
Short distance sprint 20 yards or do 10-15 jumping jacks if you don't have the space
