You're kinda right about the LQP part. If it wasn't for yourself and a few other members around, I'd never have learned what LQP-ing was. -Svarog

Why do you feel you should be in Debaters?

I am good at structuring opening posts to lay out the foundations for a discussion, conversation, or debate and more importantly, I see a distinction between all three of those forms of discourse and dialogue. I will always divide up different sections of an argument clearly so that quoting is easier - I find it hard to respond to posts that are overloaded with too many points, which effectively look like a wall of text. Discussion often stalls as there are just too many points to cover.

Some examples of my posting style :

http://wizardforums.com/Thread-Ethics-Anti-Natalism
http://wizardforums.com/Thread-Liberalis...#pid331668

Some examples of how I respond to opening posts:

http://wizardforums.com/Thread-Collapse-...#pid331934
http://wizardforums.com/Thread-Meaning-o...#pid331951
http://wizardforums.com/Thread-Language-...#pid331809

As you can see, I get to the point quickly and will provide sources, either beneath the text of a post, or will reference the source so that others may go and Google what I say. If it's a personal opinion, assertion from an argument I am constructing, I try to make it as clear as possible so that it makes discussion easier.

One user remarked that one post looked like a copy/paste job, which I will take as a compliment!

Why should you be chosen over any other members

I don't see myself as better than other members and gladly accept that there are greater minds on here than myself, all I can say is that I have the skills required for this group that are definitely satisfactory.

Will you post in the Sub-Forum actively?

Definitely.

Will you post debates actively around the forums?

Totally.

Do you agree to the rules and guidelines of Debaters and Wizard Forums?

As an anarchist, I believe in no rulers, but believe in rules.

How can you contribute to the group?

I like to socialise with others online, things are quite meaningless online these days. I miss more formal forums like this, as YouTube seems to descend into waves of trolls and irrelevance these days. I will post in the sub-forums, start discussions that either I come up with myself, or will gladly post an idea that the group has to talk about. My specialities are philosophy, spirituality, some astrology, economics and various other interests.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I know I have only been on here for two days, but I think this place is pretty cool. It gives me a vent for my writing bug, I seem to write better and more often when I am on a forum and would like to mix my interests with those in this forum, so joining a group is ideal for me and hopefully for you guys.
