Feedback on staff

They hate me just because I am from HF. All my posts get removed and when I ask for a reason, they tell me this:
"If you want to re post it feel free."
Then I say "I still want a reason"
and staff says:
"I'm not sure of the reason because it was junked a while ago. As for the last post that was junked, if was not a staff member."
It was posted on sunday and removed on monday. These logs are from yesterday (wensday) how does he not know?
I then PM him today asking again why it was removed as he ignored my last request, and he told me: "Pm'n Svarog and I about stupid stuff. Youre only here to harass and criticize people. You do it one more time you'll be banned. You make another off topic/lqp you'll be warned."
I then ask how am I harassing staff and he ignored my request. I then PM him again asking why all 6 of my WF posts were removed on tuesday and he tells me this:
"I'm done talking to you now. I told you many times already that there was a reason but it was a while ago and we cant recall why."
He then gives me a warning just now and I PM him why and he said:
"Whats it say? I'm done talking to you about these matters. Pm svarog or Crow."
Even though he gave me the warning.
I specifically made a thread asking why and he replied and then junked. I asked why they were removed. He told me to PM staff. That is what I did.
I have made two posts so far explain the corruption of the two staff members protecting diabolic because he is the sites #1 spammer and they junk it. This is what the section is for.
I have been taking proof throught this whole process to show how many times fine posts/ threads were removed because staff do not like me. This is getting out of hand.

have posted nothing that makes me immature. You keep treating me which is wrong as a staff member. I have been treated like shit by both yourself and that other "staff" member. I just ask that you stop treating me in this manner. I have done nothing wrong. I do not flame that scammer diabolic. I am sorry you do not like me. I do not like some members on HF, but when moderating I look at every post as if it was a random member. I do not judge. You two "staff" members judge on who is posting and you know it is true. It really needs to stop. You guys are just protecting your #1 site spammer. It is wrong. All my post keep getting removed for no reason what so ever.

I am taking a video as I post this as this is feedback about staff and the site. It breaks no policy and should not be removed.

What do you guys think?

Protecting... whom?... and from what?...

I've told a few members already - I dislike everyone equally; LQ posts are junked no matter who wrote them, warnings are issued for everyone who goes too far, and if someone doesn't like it - there's no point in nagging me over PM's...
complain to the admin > he looks into it > and deals with the guilty bastard (be it myself, or the malcontent). And, as to not explaining why a warning is issued, xtinguish and I will elaborate the first ten times you break the rules, and then just presume you've learned your lesson but still can't shake off that nasty habit of making no sense.

I'm the same way. I have no need to protect anyone. Everyone gets treated equally. I don't allow members to harass and flame other members.

I wish someone could inform me. Diabolic gets his share of junk posts and he knows it. I think some people are just butt hurt or jelious of something.

I think it's more of a personal thing IMHO. I've also seen that Astonish did always somehow flamed in Diabolic's threads, and I know the reason why, but I won't discuss it here as he told me so. Everyone is equal on here, and noone is getting treated like a queen like some examples on HF does as you stated.
