from memory the only thing you need to make sure you eat enough of are~
Arginine Histidine Methionine Threonine Valine Isoleucine Lysine Phenylalanine Tryptophan Leucine everyhting else your body requires is able to be synthesised from the basics. Eat more exercise more ~ dont worry about any exercise routine, just go and do hard manual labour. Dig holes~ carry bricks ~ hand saw large trees, toss around schoolbags full of concrete~ wrestle friends ,weight yourself down and swim. go to a worksite and offer to smash concrete with a sledgy for a few hours each day. Stretch constantly throughout the day, juggle bottles of milk , you name it do it. take your mower and go and mowe all the lawn in your entire street free of charge, if you see anyone carrying anythign offer to do it for them, piggy back hot chicks, climb trees, go green and push your mums car to the shops instead of letting her drive. muscle men are not actually very dynamically strong ~ they have specific sets and reps on machines created for specifially isolating certain mucles through fixed movement ranges~ the muscles chosen are to typically create a body shape ideal. Have you ever seen a body builder in a boxing match, wrestling, weightlifting, runing , jumping, arm wrestling or actually any physical competition of note?. No they stand around and flex specific muscles in designated poses showing off an ancient greeko roman sterotypical body type to the flash of a camera. the great key is to simply stress your muscles out , not so much you get injured but enough that they will haveto adapt to the situation over time~ not in leaps and bounds. The food you eat aslong as you cover the energy requirements and the essential proteins is pretty irrelevent. Stress them more and more and more , the more they are stressed beyond what they were previously stressed the larger and stronger they will become in an attempt to adapt to the environment of work you ahve provided, up untill you meet your genetic limitations, which i might add is really never done. |

I got a idea e.e Which would help you before and After you do training excises, If you were to put all sough's of healthy foods, Carrots, Milk, cheese, Eggs and such which you would normally use to make some Meal and Grind them up into a drink and put a bottom for a easy accessible meal. E.e Yeah i know it may sound weird but it's still a idea.

I used to be really fat as a child and then I started training karate and I got slim. After I stopped with that, I've gained weight again. I have a lot of friends that are trying to build muscle mass but they are too thin. Instead of 2 pieces of bread, add one more. Do not eat until you can barely breathe, like I do, break your meals in more of them (if you eat 3 times a day, make it 5). I believe it's easier to gain mass first and then turn that into muscle mass, but I might be wrong. Don't spend money on proteins and stuff like that because you don't need them yet, you can buy healthy and more tasiter food
![]() Just make sure you do your daily activities, try to eat more pasta and meat, start eating a little bit more just for making your stomach bigger (I can eat a lot and when I'm full, I'm like a balloon). Whatever you do, don't let fat kicking in on one place (on your chest for example) because you will just get man boobs and you might have some problem with that extra skin. EDIT: Forgot to add that you have to have RICH breakfast (add one or two more bacon strips, add one more egg and half glass of milk more to it), take a mug of yoghurt instead of glass of juice and if you like pudding, start eating them more often (this is just for that great feeling the food provides). Oh and almost forgot, if you like eating pudding just because you like the taste, eat a lot of cakes too :3 And believe it or not, hot dogs do have a lot of proteins in them, atleast I heared. |

fat is the last thing a body tends to use for energy as the reaction is a little more complicated than just carbos~ they are the long term storage unit a human has for energy.
dont get me wrong fat is used all the time but it is a long reaction to metabolised. the 3 energy systems overlap eeachother they are not run seperate. |
