Giving away energy as a Vampyre

Hey guys,
what happens when a Vampyre gives away energy?
Would s/he feel even more drained out and maybe even become sleepy?
I´ve got problems with going to sleep from time to time and was just wondering if this might be a good idea in order to begin sleep faster.
Let me know what you think Smiling

I don't know about all that vampyre mumbo jumbo but I've been practicing energy work for a couple weeks now and creating a chi ball and sustaining it is very exhausting at the end of the night after I've done my meditations. From what I can tell, energy work and vampyres are talking about the same energy.

I would agree that it's the same Kind of energy.
So when you say it's exhausting you would probably agree that it makes sleeping easier right?

Yes. absolutely. Although I would recommend being able to sense the energy first before trying the chi ball exercise... I'm still working on creating lasting chi balls but that little bit of advice helped me figure out when I was moving energy and when I was staring in between my hands doing nothing haha

Any tips on how to do this or does it come naturally?

I wouldn't say it comes naturally, although some people may have started it at a young age. And other people will say "energy is everything I am energy you are energy our every action and thought is energy" and while I agree with some of that, I assume you mean the type of energy that you can form into a chi ball to exhaust yourself.

This is where I have learned most of the information i know and practices to do with energy. There are a few links that are old but most of them still work like a charm.
Enjoy
