I did haute yoga today for the first time and it really opened me up to a whole new world of working out. Worked with my mind body and spirit while getting a 600 calorie burn in.

I feel so at peace. Now I'm about to go for a 4 mile run then hit my pool jets and do a 20 min water workout.

if you can't tell I'm getting back in shape before I hibernate in the winter. Tounge

I keep hearing amazing stuff bout this, I might have to try it out soon!

You would know in words what you have known in thought.
You would touch with your fingers the naked body of your dreams.

Interesting choice of activity. Is your main goal fat loss or flexibility improvements?

Both! Above that all I love it for its extreme amount of relaxation it gives me.

I am trying to lose some weight though. My belly is the only place fat enjoys to store itself. Tounge My goal though over this month of vacation & training for sports is major weight loss and lots of muscle gain.

After my 3 workouts plus the sauna my calorie net worth was probably at about 300 Tounge

How is it for meditation? or is the heat too much for that?

Personally I think it maks the meditation even better if you are relaxed and what not.
