Sweating is detoxifying, and warm muscles stretch more than cold ones.
Plus the sensation provides a mental diversion than can be meditative in a different way.
it does tone you up very good.It is very good for gaining flexibility though.Yoga is also an excellent stress reliever.

Yoga is best for improving body posture and increase flexibility. I like Bikram Yoga, it is amazing practice for improving immunity and reduces chances of diseases. Yoga helps to tens muscles to reduces their tension. It is good practices for losing weight.
