I have studied/practiced in some form or another since I was a child, in spite of being raised in a christian home. However I have never had any sort of formal training or initiation into a particular belief system. I tend to feel boxed in by "organized" religious groups or belief systems of any kind that insist their way is right and only their way......

I hope to learn a lot from this group and look forward to getting to getting to know some "like minded" people.

For sure, I can understand where you're coming from. I've never had an interest in major organized religion, with all of it's dogmatism and such. Although I can see how people can feel at home with it. Welcome to WF
