No it is not.
It is a revelation from the almighty through his prophet.

I am ever present to help all who trust in me and call upon me in time of need - Satan

Yes, it can be used for magical purposes: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ta'wiz

so the soul moves all the members of the body to contribute something
toward the accomplishment of a contemplated work."

Yep, Quran is as potent as the Psalms especially when you identify the angelic servitor behind the verses.

Hell no, I was born from a family full of muslims and raised to be a good muslim (which ended up me being a proud agnostic lol)
And I have never been taught anything about magic. IN FACT, I've been taught by many muslims that magick in islam is forbidden and practicing it is considered to be extremely against god and really sinful.

Christianity is the same. Technically, Psalmic magic is heretical, not to mention Solomonic evocation/conjuration.
Its possible to perform heretical magic with these faiths and their respective religious books, but in no way would it be considered acceptable under the banner of the religions in question.
