Yoga practice

I just got doing some yoga with my roomate.

We poped in a p90x yoga x dvd for a recovery day workout.

I'm interested to ask if anyone here practices yoga, and what types.

Hey,I am agree with your reviews bout the yoga exercises.Yoga exercises are very easier
and perfectible exercises.Yoga is very beneficial way to loss the weight and maintain the body.
It is the best for bring the flexibility in the body.....

Yoga is a complete exercise program. It is best for mental as well as physical fitness. In past few months I started Bikram yoga. It is finest form of yoga. I like it very much. It gives you flexibility and makes your bones strong.

Yoga is good for both body and mind.
I am also practicing yoga workout these days.
It helped me a lot to beat the stress and depression along with the excellent body strength and fitness level.

I live in aged home and the community here appointed a yoga instructor for us, we use to do yoga 2 times in a week, i find this exercise quit easy and good for me. It helps me to control my emotions like stress and depression. The posture in yoga helps our body to be more flexible and keep our bones and mind more strong.

Yoga exercise' origin is India. It is best for psychological as well as health and fitness. It is the best way of yoga. I like it very much. It gives you versatility and makes your bone powerful. Namast pose is my favorite pose..
