Yoga practice

I want to do Yoga practice as I have heard a lot about its health benefits. I have been feeling very stressed lately. There are many things I have done to get rid of the body pain and anxiousness. But all in vain. I have been taking Pure Acai Berry Juice. It has shown me great effect on my health in many terms.

I'm drinking Goji Berry Juice to get rid of skin problems.

Yoga is not limited to strange poses of hand and legs. It involves complete body parts and mind also. Breathing exercises also come in yoga. I do breathing exercise more every morning. I also do 12 rounds of sun-salutation.

I have watched Yoga videos and found it pretty intriguing. I will definitely try to do some forms of the Yoga and will come back here to write my experiences. Thanks a lot for starting this thread.

I have lost 1 kg by just doing stretching and sit-ups. I also take healthy food such as green vegetables (broccoli, bitter gourd, aloe vera) and fruits like (Noni, Goji berry, and Mangosteen).

Thank you for the link. I have watched it. Ashtanga Yoga seems to be very difficult for me yet. I will start practicing it slowly and increase the time gradually.

Yes a beginners 'Hatha' yoga would be best to get used to the postures.

I practice yoga and used to teach yoga. I highly recommend everyone who is considering a practice to go for it! It's not only a good form of physical exercise, it's also a brilliant spiritual technology that can aid in all of your magical workings. But start with the exercise and let the practice unfold from there. If you're not sure where to start, try a basic Hatha yoga class with good hands-on instruction so you can learn the asana postures and how to breathe into them. Then you can branch out into any of the more modern styles that interest you (the Ashtanga series are great!)

There is something troubling me for 4-5 days. Ever since I have started Pranayam, I have been feeling this little pain in my left lungs on breathing and doing some physical movement. Can anybody tell me if it is because of doing yoga in the wrong manner?
