Mythical moonshine.

Ferment herbs much like you would making fermented tea. Distill via standard process. Add essence to tonics or just drink straight up!

Depends on what I'm looking for in the final mix.

A recipe I like is Angellica root, Cardamon, and ginger. This is an all purpose tonic for health and wellness.

For god's sake somebody please tell me what this Kombucha is? I have never heard of this juice before. Being a fruit juice supplier it is my responsibility to aware of every kind of juice on this planet.

Powerade and Gatorade.

I have Addison's, and I don't need Florinef--yet. But this means my sodium requirements are roughly double normal. Sports drinks are fairly high in salt and for me that's a good thing. They're also acidic which is also a good thing.

Classic hallmarks of Addison's include severe salt and vinegar cravings as cortisol deficiency knocks both the Na-/K+ balance and pH out of whack. So...35 mg hydrocortisone/day and a high salt diet and I'm golden here.

I also drink a lot more Coke than I should, much to the justifiable chagrin of both my endocrinologist and cardiologist. Sports drinks, okay. Soda, not so much, but it's my only real junk food vice.
