Bio: Hey there stanger reading my profile! I'm Wylandriah, court wizard in Rifden... Jk not really obviously but she and I have a lot in common i.e. losing important items and occasionally sanity, but in reality I'm a twenty six yr old half Irish, half African witch and I started practicing at 10 or 11. I like to keep it traditional but I do blend aspects of different crafts and a big dose of science, and am starting to really take to Chaos magic as it fits in a lot with the system I was already developing on my own.
I find personally that ritual and high magic don't suit me much, but I'm a curious sort and am studying Hermetics, the Quaballah and other schools of thought but without much success, as I find I can't really connect with the systems on an emotional level. They seem too strict and logical whereas I'm very much a free-flowing, improv type of worker.
I'm here to learn and grow and network with other magicians, and I love the variety here. I may not ever choose to walk the paths that some other members walk, but I genuinely enjoy talking to people of all sorts of belief systems and observing how they work and the different results people get, and I'm never going to lecture anyone for their beliefs.
