Whenever I start meditating, or anything else, I feel some sort of tingling right behind my Anahata Chakra. Can anyone tell me what it is, please? Should I be worried?

The combined energy of the dancing believers moves up through the chakras from the base of the spine to the crown. My understanding is that very few practitioners can actually feel the flow of the energy. Those few that could describe it to me said that it felt similar to the tingling you feel when your foot wakes up from having the blood cut off for a while.

Should I be worried?

My doctorate is not in medicine so I cannot give you medical advice. But from the viewpoint of a magical ritual, you have achieved a very high level of abilities in the Chakra System. Answer: NO

Im not familiar with Sanskrit terms, but in my system Im following, in the Earth grade you do foot to groin breathing, which is fourfold breathing, but letting or halting the enervy flow at the anus/groin and letting the energy flow back to the feet, resulting in tingling in both the root chakra and the feet. This is not to be confused with circulation issues.
Ive felt a sensation behind my heart that felt like a live electric line attached. I take it that I was either having a stroke or heart attack, or that chakra opened but was blocked above and below.
