(COMMENT)Whenever I start meditating, or anything else, I feel some sort of tingling right behind my Anahata Chakra. Can anyone tell me what it is, please?

My doctorate is not in medicine so I cannot give you medical advice. But from the viewpoint of a magical ritual, you have achieved a very high level of abilities in the Chakra System. Answer: NO
