A Lunar tincture

• a jar with a lid
• a small dark glass bottle with a pipet
• about 25 ml strong vodka
• about 25 grams of a mix of three dried herbs like:
• lavender (said to calm)
• bay laurel (said to stimulate clairvoyance)
• Rosemary (clarity of mind)
• mugwort (said to stimulate vivid dreams)
• mint (said to enhance confidence and perception)
• homegrown MJ (said to stimulate the imagination)
• basil (said to enhance your personal powers)

• chop your herbs individually so that you have three small piles
• put your index finger on each pile and mentally instruct it to aid you according to its quality
• now mix the herbs
• make a triangle with your hands (by bringing the tips of your index fingers together and those of your thumbs as well as your palms are facing away from you)
• call out to the lunar power you prefer (one of the goddesses like Hecate, Selene or Isis, one of the gods like Sin or Shaddai El Chai, or one of the Angels like Gabriel, Lunael, Levanael etc.)
• visualize a purple sphere of light forming inside this triangle
• address it as you feel fitting and then task it in the name of the spirit you chose to empower the herbs (for example "Sphaera Viola, by Diana you were sent, now increase the potency and effectiveness of this blend")
• bring your hands down and together over the mixture and send the light into it
• place the herbs in the jar, cover with vodka and place the lid on it
• place the jar on your windowsill and for one lunar cycle turn it upside down every evening and back in the morning
• strain

You can now use this. Take a drop or three before meditating, doing divinations or any lunar rituals.
I have done a couple of evocations of Gabriel in a wine glass with fresh water and added some drops of this to the water.

this is good stuff. Might I suggest, if it is available you might get a better extraction using denatured alcohol as it is a good solvent . but vodka is a good alternative as well.
