What life extension methods do you know? Do you practice any?
I do running, 5 days a week, for about 3 miles each day. I've heard that running increases life expectancy by a lot, and the more you run, the more it helps, but once you go over 20 miles per week, it has negative effect. So everything in moderation is best I guess.
I am not sure about life extension....I met people who are 95 years old and they never run, never went with strict diet and never worried about their health. On the other hand I met people who trained all life but died at 60. It calls "heathy genes". If you have good genes from your parents, you will live long without diseases. And yes, you can decrease sickness if you are cautions living healthy.
