The goal of any breathing exercise is improving energy coordination of the body, there are various benefits depending upon the utilization of proper form, frequency of exercise, and resting for effective growth/healing.
These are universal principles for any exercise.
You will be healthier (higher energy level), more tranquil (level-headed), and more conscious.
Hopefully you're not a new age faggot and you legitimately understand what "conscious" means.
