Dentist around? Re: Tongue

Hi!
F/44; Weight/145/Non-Smoker

Medical: Fibromyalgia possibly Lupus (seeing a second specialist to verify. received some small oddities in bloodwork (ANA elevated & DFS)

I bounce between sleep deprivation/chronic fatigue resulting in sleeping 18 hours per day.

Meds: 100 Lamotrigine, 20 Prozac (both for PTSD/Anxiety/Depression.

Complaint: strange issue with tongue.

So for the past few months I’ve noticed that my tongue swells a bit overnight and I wake with an odd feeling of numbness. Also, I’ve developed these two weird lesions(?) On my tongue. In addition to these, I think my jaw is moving/gets out of alignment enough that on the inside of my cheeks are two white lines that run from back to front and sometimes I wake up with the inside corners of my mouth sore and bitten. No pain except when the corners are bitten.

Can provide pictures.
