Nobody has done that before with 100% success rate, however you can use numerology, alchemy and metaphysical applied magic together to form a magic system that could be successful, I interpret your request as common struggle
I think If I am done doing research I could include my way of doing reasonable prework that you then could adjust, I will also engage in magical areas with others to get more info
However the universe is always surprising, so flexible applyable systems prove to be more succesful than others, the adjustment of existing systems is easier than starting from zero
For now try reducing harm with psychological alchemy, this helped me to atleast make better decisions
