A fellow native church member in Virginia told us how shamanic or native drumming works, which begins with the heartbeat, and then increases and changes pitch, sound and so on. Found percussion as a whole very interesting among every culture.

W.E. Butler once exhorted that a new magician should endeavor to learn to meditate on a loud busy street corner regularly as a will and concentration exercise until continued breakthroughs are found, leading the the result of the meditation exercise.
