Decide per Riva on the color of the candle for the working - lets say a simple approach to the day as a foundation.
Sunday - Yellow or Gold
Now we decide on the Yellow candle rituals and wrote down the affirmations and psalms in the notebook
We note all Shem angels per psalms used and their verse and office, jolted down in the notebook
We review the completed work and jot down the office, the name, the psalm invocations, cabalistic invocation
Write down all affirmations line by line with psalm.

Perform the Adoration to the Lord of the Universe facing East in the day, west at night
Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram
Perform the LRH Sol Invoking
Perform the Middle Pillar Ritual
Perform the Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram, Earth Invoking.
Set plate and cup on altar with one candle on left, one on right and incense in the middle, plate at top right and water at lower left.
Dress candles wirth oil - rub oil in clockwise and up to down.
Wash hands, concentrate on purpose of ritual.
Light incense and Candles, dim lights
State intent of ritual
For each affirmation, if the psalm includes a Shem angel, read the affirmation, the psalm, and then invoke the Shem angel
Otherwise read the affirmation, the psalm and repeat until the affirmations are done.
Sit and meditate on intent and state intent.
When candles are near nearly done, state that Even though this small flame here goes out, it shines forevermore in the inner planes.
Extinguish incense and candles with water and salt.
Record experience in journal
Perform LBRP
Invoking the Shem angel:
Speak the angels name three times and state their office
Ask it to be present, and speak psalm verse three times
Thank angel for their presence (or not)
Politely dismiss angel at end of ritual and thank them.
