Psychic Attack or Human Possession ?

I had a chat with someone about Psychic Attacks or Human Possession?.... And he was harassed for a couple of years. He was in the subway when he started to hear voices, they seemed to follow him on forums. I mean they would literally say hi to him, knew his phone number etc.

I'm asking because I feel that I was under the same conditions, he apparently give in and the whole thing came to an end which doesn't sound quite right to me.

My question is, what kind of magick is this exactly and how do you stop it?

i think the subject either lied or gave themselves some artistic permissions.

at the very least i would say whatever conditions you are dealing with are a

Yeah it seems pretty much unbelievable but still has me curious, re-thinking back in time about certain things that seemed similar to the persons experiences. Nevertheless I won't spend so much time thinking about it.

I would say the same, my conditions are different I guess I need to focus on what I am doing and nothing else.

or your notebooks when your back is turned. with tech today it's just a few clicks to get most your public info

Yeah, if anyone says they're going to post my nudes. I'll say exactly that lol - like all negative influences its probably best to go on with your day. That's what I've learnt about curses, pestilence/evil spirits as giving to much attention feeds it, I spent enough time in my mind just wondering about it and that has affected my mental health.

How to stop being affected?
Observe the patterns.
As you walk down a street, don't get adrenalized where you have tunnel vision.
Instead, breathe correctly and center yourself. Pull back your vision and notice from windows around you what's happening around you. Pause and stop for a minute while still paying attention.
Did anyone else pause or alter course?
Start chasing them without being obvious.
If they enter a house, note the address while walking past and lookup names of residents of the house online.
Never take the same way to your destination. Take one way street routes to shake car tails off you. Note cars that then alter directions.
