Hi,

I had a dual candle meditation, using with meditation on the Heart Flame. The candles were pink and green, to symbolize peace and healing. It was not only for myself but for the parasites or psychic attackers. The green candle burnt clean, little soot on the wick, and no wax drippings, just an even surface leftover. The pink candle had at first a heart, then what appeared to be two hearts pinned together, now in the light it appears to be more of a bloomed flower.
I dont know what to make of these offhand, and have not googled these yet.

True, actually I had this dicussion with a fellow magic student the other night, that at each grade we are supposed to master a new from of divination appropriate to the element, for the most part anyway, water scrying rather than tarot might be better for water or practicus.
Im trying to find a title of a good book on it. Id rather follow a book thats known rather than one of several Wordpress sites with an individual take on it.

You should choose one form of divination and try to master it

I agree. Tarot does not seem to currently be the key, unless I stick with Builders of the Adytum of Fraternity of the Hidden Light for that.
However, within the Golden Dawn or associated schools, you use a different divination method per grade.

Wax drippings, however I should master as its the most basic low magic technique, not even counting sigils or dressing them for rituals.

Also, each of the four methods should be mastered.

Excerpt for Geomancy, which with wax drippings should be mastered first.
I can already use an ephemeris and draw up natal charts, memorizing planets and houses would help, along with a solid understanding of aspects.
Practicus uses Tarot as the method. Perhaps chiromancy (I think that is water divination)
Philosophus does Electional/Horary Astrology and possibly pyromancy.

So a few methods must be mastered. I guess of the four, currently astrology I have more of a handle on.
I can cast the two, but interpretation, along with wax drippings, is the current challenge.
Looking at the Rider Waite is one thing, but take a look at the Golden Dawn deck sometime and try to interpret the minor arcana with them. :)

Right now, per Christophers book, I was labeling the minor court or major cards as they came up with their title, and their cosmic associations.
I did not label the paths, Sephora, or intelligences. Nor interpretations.
