Messing with time

Do any of you do work with time distortion, manipulation or reversing? I've heard about Fotamecus but not really sure how to get started to work with him and don't know if he/it only helps with expanding or compressing time. I would be interested in practices such as sending my coniousness back in the past to leave a note for myself or astral possessing my younger self. Don't know if that's a thing.

Yeah it contains very powerful info,but before diving into siddhis and supernatural powers, you need to be at STEP 6 in Bardon's hermetics or something similar, join the bardon subreddit to get knowledge about how to use supernatural abiities. If you are ignorant you could harm yourself and others, dm me if you are curious about this. Anyways the ability to enter another's persons body is dealt in the second volume of the series, but you may run the risk of developing personality and subconcious disorders because of it. Magic is not a game you ought to be cautious about these

I’m just wondering if there’s a way I could either go back in time or completely change my entire reality in using witch craft or black magick, voodoo and I’d prefer a method that’s more simplistic in not needing materials or much of anything really but just in a way of like reading/saying a sacred verse?? A saying of a sacred verse is more believable than doing meditation and “energy” spirit witch craft whatever none sense that leads to nothing but a waste of time and I personally believe there’s nothing impossible in this planet and somebody definitely has a knowledge of this and personally I would only use it once to go back to atleast a year to resolve some bs from happening idk how compares to giving a revolver to a 5 year old tho

There's some stuff in Jane Robert's books if you can work up enough motivation to read a few books to get a grounding in a theory about what you're asking. The Unknown Reality vol 2 may have been the one that went into more detail of its model. But according to the books it would involve complex astral travel in different subtle bodies and innerplane shifting including old school astral travel to the stars.

If you're into trying chaos magick you could try developing a glitching siddhi. The formula would be up to you to figure out how to get a medal in an astral game with that reward Ralph.

The thing for witch craft for me is I’d love to the rituals and etc but the materials for that isn’t accessible for me due to my circumstances and current living conditions this is I’d way prefer a “sacred powerful versed” type of method that just as physically powerful as well if you get what I mean.
