I've always had a degree of it innately, I get it from my father he's the same way. And I know that metaphysical senses are important to all paths. so I'd like to hear about ways I can hone it. Preferably regular exercises that I can do to keep it healthy and active.

I'm interested in this too. I'll report back on progress, because I'm pursuing PK, based on a couple of sources which have said that they found those exercises opened the door to more general psychism and mediumship.

My method is connecting with my grief on an emotional level. Just feeling the weight of it and maybe crying. It connects me to the ground to reality. That this isn't permanent. Right in this moment though is freedom.

People can dance can sing can live right now in this moment and thats amazing.

Dancing with my eyes closed also helps. I have to see without seeing but be careful its in safe area so if another person tries this doesn't fall in a hole.

Looking at the spot between your eyes, and breathing 'into' that location helps. The breathing 'into' part starts by just focusing on the specific part of the body while breathing, but you'll find that you can breathe 'into' any area with enough practice. Start by breathing into your stomach intentionally, then your chest, then your head, and feeling the differences. Eventually with enough practice you'll start directing your breath pretty much anywhere. "

But in summary, looking at the spot between the eyes and focusing on breathing 'into' it helps.
