  • Revoke Consent - verbally say out loud that you are free of any curse and effect
  • Ground yourself - meditate, visualize, calm - steady yourself and see what arises. Pay attention to possible curse energy.
  • Hygiene - spiritual and personal. Sage smudge the house and you, take a bath with salt, dispose of cursed or suspected curse objects
  • Do something - a protection spell, a visualization, the (un)Crossing ritual, a mirror reversal spell
  • Declare the curse revoked. Thats it. Done. The curse has no effect on you.
  • Walk barefoot on the soil. Eat nuts and seed. Recover and grounding.
  • Repeat in a week if lingering remains. Dont fret with lingering effects. dwelling on them strengthens them

Sorry for the bulleted list. The steps are in order at least :). I can go into more detail on any of the steps if asked.

Kind of depends of your background and beliefs.

You can try

A. rituals: Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram +Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram

B. herbs: Marjoram, Sage, Angelica root, St. John’s wort, Oak, Sandalwood, salt (its not herb but protect even if you just put it in 4 corners - salt is tricky every culture has something added to it)

C. prayers: Litany Of The Saints + Our Father + Psalm 53 + John 1:1-14 + Mark 16:15-18 + Luke 10:17-20 (add Sign of Cross. Glory to the Father at end of Gospels)

Do state clearly what you want at start and every place you feel like needed!

(a. and c. do exclude each other)
