I haven't particularly seen anything like that, but given their symbolism (birth, potential, abundance, growth) there's a very rich path of research there! I would be so interested to hear anything you are discovering.

Most forms of folk magic give seeds different magical attributes, and I've seen them used the same way eggs might be used for their symbolism like above^. But generally the seeds of different plants aren't treated equally, they are each given different attributes the way herbs and stones would be.

As I recall, there's a few bits of magickal folklore regarding seeds:
A dried bean or fresh bean may be rubbed on a wart and planted at moondark. As the bean sprouts, the wart will die and wither away.
If you put thirteen sesame seeds in a tiny cloth sachet and sew it shut, it will act as a charm against the notice of those who wish you ill.
Throwing unshelled hazelnuts into a fire is said to grant answers to queries: If the nut and shell pop loudly, its a yes, if they merely blacken, the answer is no.

'Down here' they did . At one stage some observed Aboriginals scattering seeds and assumed it was evidence of 'farming' , But now it is apparent that Aboriginal rainmakers performed rituals to bring rain, sometimes casting seeds to imitate the rain falling . That action was also said to awaken totemic creator beings, such as the Rainbow Serpent, and encourage the growth of local plant species, and summon monsoon rains to extend into the desert country . They were also used in various ways as magical 'art' (mixed with other media) , also the sound of them (eg necklaces ) kept bad spirits away .

Is there a practice or tradition or resource which focuses a lot on the magick of seeds like philosophy and spells using seeds specifically?
I guess the meaning of seeds depends on what is the meaning of the plant FROM that particular tradition/practice.

From a more modern magickal practice, i saw people just planting them with a particular intent and focusing on the intent each time they water/take care of the plant.

You can basically turn a plant into a guardian.

You can also charge particular seeds with intent and for instance let the birds eat them and carry your intention in the word.
