I have one book from him in translation to my native language, The Practical Magic. I must say that I was really interested. Can't deny that at some spots author really seeps in his personal opinions, but her offers decent work. (unfortunately no other was translated here)

What do you think about this author and his work?

Draja is pretty great.

I feel we must honor the people who came before us. He was a huge influence on many of us Gen-X magicians.

He introduced a lot of people to Conjure, way back when, and does not get enough credit. Around 1980, back when nobody knew anything, he taught a New York witch the Hoodoo / Brujeria walnut influence spell (walnuts look like brains... a sympathetic magic thing ) . She then promptly moved to California, taught the suburbanites there, ,and in the process started a neopagan witch tradition using this one simple trick.
