The book is probably one of the reprints the 1889 A.E. White classic with an edgy title that is practically guaranteed to leave wannabe edgelords disappointed.
Ok, looks like it's not the Waite book after all. Nevertheless, I've declined your request because it's full of rule violations, if somebody can come up with the book, fine, be my guest.
