There have only ever been printed 650 copies in hardcover, so that alone makes the book hard to find. Add to this that the book would have to be scanned & uploaded by someone, is sold out at various antiquarian bookseller sites and that amazon wants a whopping $4.995,50 for it, and you got a super-rare book, so request declined, sorry.
