I sit in a seated posture, knees bent and feet facing each other, arms resting across legs.
I set my intention on "Dagda". I see energy patterns, planes criss crossed like slotted plastic planes for building structures, a vaginal birth, the tribes of many peoples inhabizting each cube, some unfortunately war, though that is not the design, the design is to multiply and live. Left with a feeling of calm, three minutes, commentary based on mental images.
