Face Direction for adorations. Typically East starting with the morning. If not, use Neophyte signs for every direction but the direction the adoration is being given to.
I.
Neophyte signs.
Raise both arms up in the air toward the ceiling. straight up, palms flat pointing up.
Salute both arms and hands flat and out in front of you, slightly leaning forward.
Step right foot forward.
Drop right arm and hand, make a shush sign with only the left index finger.
Stamp right foot back.
II.
The Solar Adorations.
East - Use right foot forward again, but raise arms and hands like Atlas holding the earth up, arms at 90 degree angle.
Say:
"Hail Thou, eternal, invisible, spiritual Sun, whose visible symbol rises in the heavens. Hail unto thee, from the abodes of night."
Stamp right foot back and lower arms and hands.
South - Use right foot forward again, but raise arms and hands like a apex up pyramid using thumbs touching and index fingers touching at a diagonal line.
Say:
"Hail Thou, eternal, invisible, spiritual Sun, whose visible symbol sits midpoint in the heavens. Hail unto thee, from the abodes of morning."
Stamp right foot back and lower arms and hands.
West - Use right foot forward again, but lower arms and hands like a apex down pyramid using thumbs touching and index fingers touching at a diagonal line.
Say:
"Hail Thou, eternal, invisible, spiritual Sun, whose visible symbol sets in the heavens. Hail unto thee, from the abodes of day."
Stamp right foot back and lower arms and hands.
