Mega's phrasing "undecrypted" makes me think that the files are corrupted rather than encrypted. "Undecrypted" sounds like Mega can't read the format, but the site should still present it as just a file to download (rather than read).

I've downloaded the first one, it's just a zip file containg the 12 files in the subfolder.
