Here’s the deal:

My family has pretty much forbidden me from using anything that involves fire or smoke at all in fear that I would burn down the house. This means no candle burning, no incense, no sage, no wax seals, nothing. Does anyone know any viable alternatives to any of these things?

Ouch...that sucks. Especially if you have an affinity for fire.
But you do have alternatives.

All of those things that you listed are just ritual objects.
You need to find what resonates with you.
This can be culture, types of crafting, deities, archetypes, the elements, symbols, pantheons or various kinds of materials.

Here's some that you can experiment with while you build you practice.

Objects of Reflection
A bowl of water is an ancient ritual objects. You can use it for reflection, to throw herbs into and scrying.
It's also a symbol of femininity (bowls= womb) and you can do fun things like use moon water or get a bowl that's made out of a semi precious gemstone. You can also use a crying mirror or get really fancy and get yourself an obsidian mirror,

Grimoire
Grimoires can in many ways be an altar. Everything that goes into can become part of your practice. You can make your own, make the paper, make the ink and write out your rituals. I recommend binder rings. Be able to reorganize the pages of your grimoire is just... a life saver.
When you do the ritual, you can open to the page that you carefully made, follow through it and breathe it in. It should feel personal and meaningful.

Divination Tools
Runes, tarot cards, pendulums... there are many tools you can reach for that do not require fire.

Witch"craft"
You can use knot tying, work with herb infused oils for anointing, gemstones (including beads), bone, teeth, feather, sea shells...
As long as it has veil resonance (meaning cultural significance) then you can work with it.
You can also care, make totems, work with metal, make curse... all sorts of things.
If you really want to use wax to drip onto something... just buy a few candles and drip the wax outside.
You can also buy beeswax and cold work. Rub it back and forth in your hand to warm it up and then push it into whatever you are working with.
You can then seal it with a bit of pressure and intention.

Sound
Sings bowls, drums, banging two hollow sticks together. You can chant to if you want. Chanting works great in ritual because it disrupts your internal monologue and brings you into focus in your ritual. Same with swaying back and forth. If you struggle with fidgeting, try rocking back and forth. The people who did that back in the day weren't crazy. They were hacking their annoying ass monkey brain.

Ritual Offerings
Flowers, foods, pretty rocks...
Offerings help to bring you into alignment. You don't need to do it under candle light. You can find other ways of honoring the ritual.
Personally, I always eat the offerings that I give to the Gods or I spread it around out in nature.

Bonus Round Weirdness
You can try ritually using an oil diffuser (don't... don't get one with plastic or that uses electricity... go with wood). Do this is you are craving scent in your working. You can also try making blending your own essential oils.
You can make resin salves to rub on yourself if you want if you are really desiring to have incense (most incenses are just resins). Frankincense, myrrh and dragons blood are all solid candidates, but so is pine.
Bonus points for pine and dragons blood... because they both can help with injury.

All you have to do is bust the resin up, pull out the purish bits and use a mortar and pestle to reduce it to a powder.
Boil some water wand stick a mason jar in there. Inside the jar you want to add about 70% oil (bonus points if you infused it), 20% beeswax and 10% resin. Once combined set it aside. You want to pour it into little containers while it's still hot. Scoop out any junk on the top.

I hope this helps! :)

That sucks. I cannot use incense nor burn sage because I have asthmatic numero uno in the house.

So I skip that, but for candles I turned to love fake candles with moving flame. They work quite fine, I can leave them unguarded and after long search I found rechargeable ones for good price. I'm saving myself both trouble and money this way. Also since they are rechargeable, they are kind of ecologic.
