As a weather control method. Malkuth is the sphere of the cosmic elements, and the LRP is the fundamental technique in that sphere.
What Im saying is that if we imagine the desired weather, say the sun shining on what would be an overcast day, befuddling meteorologists.
The way I think it may work, is to vibrate ADONAI HA-ARETZ while invoking the element (earth or not), and drawing and sealing it with the current zodiac sign.
Beware which elements are being mixed. Some elements pair together, some do not, even if they are both warm or both cold.

I should mention a couple of points. One, this is not guaranteed, it was very loosely tested, and had a positive though could have been a false positive (iow it would have happened anyway forecast or not). Two, there will be a consequence. Third, it involves or was inspired by the Enochian Earth tablet and sub tablets. Which may have given it power.

Living in Florida, even if I tried to do something like this, the attempt would be pointless becuase the weather here changes drastically on its own in minutes

Personally even though the concept of weather control via magic fascinates me, I stay far away from that level of work. I get magic has far reaches and we were granted the opportunity to be able to do it, but the weather isn’t human territory. I feel like weather, or anything in nature for that matter, has it’s own delicate process that could have some seriously negative side effects if tampered with.

Maybe I want a sunny sky today, but what if that rain that was supposed to come had a bigger purpose outside of my own desire for a nice day? Or if a whole community desires so much rain that when it comes it causes a flood. There’s actually a story I had came across where a rainmaker was supposedly responsible for this very thing. I think it was Operation Cumulus or something.

Completely agree with @ryen on this. I wouldn’t want the karmic accountability of playing with weather. Besides, odd as it may seem, earth would have nothing to do with influencing the weather.

Well, I think the idea was invoking sub quadrants, so you would need to know the Enocjian divine names, and an invoking pentagram of the element desired, say a nice sunny day we might choose spirit, as Tiphareth is above Malkuth, or we may choose fire. WE would complete as normal, except for sealing with a Cardinal or Kerubic sign.

When you have gone through the elements in a good order and mastered them all you can do anything in the entire universe, but it also requires Belief. When you have reached this point you will just know that you can do it. You can literally do anything in the universe but will not because you already know that you can achieve this. It is like a certain knowledge that stems from Within.

Well, I #1 agree with the fact people shouldn't play God. However, even though I tend toward the Middle/Gray path, I'm RHP and dont try to play God except over my own circumstances according to actual 100% need.

However, remember this - for every RHP playing it safe, there is somewhere a LHP practitioner or a RHP practitioner playing God.
So, balance in all things. That means action. A self-professed Chrisitian is automatically at war. Its just spiritual reality. Last days and all.

So, here was the idea:
#1 Decide on what element is to be invoked and cause-effect desired. Perform LBRP.
#2 Have an Earth Watchtower tablet and decide which quadrant will be concentrated on.
#3 Do the invoking pentagram for that invoked element, while vibrating the cross enochian words.
#4 Perform the Middle Pillar Ritual
#5 Close with prayer and banish via LBRP.

Example: I want it to go from snow to rain. It's forecast to snow for the next week.
Fire, as fire invoked with visualization of a sunny sky or rain instead of snow.
Fire of Earth. (King of Pentacles)
Invoking Fire LRP : OIP TEAA PEDOCE : ELOHIM : Leo; perform in all four directions and complete circle, call archangels, closing.
Middle Pillar Ritual: Face west. vibrate the name as each sphere descends (crown->throat->heart->groin->feet)
EHYH : YHVH ELOHIM : YHVH ELOAH VE-DAATH : SHADDAI EL CHAI : ADONAI HA-ARETZ
Perform Qabalistic Cross Ritual/LRP Earth Banishing/Qabalistic Cross Ritual.
Observe and journal ritual and observations through the week.
