Seeking Recommendation Any ideas on who the author is (Gnome like cave dream entities)?

Around 10 years ago, I remember an occult book that was newly released, and I never got a chance to read deep into it, but it sounded fascinating, and I can't for the life of me remember much of the details beyond the fact that it was sort of concerned with dream magic and specifically these little cave entities. That's all I remember. My impression is that the entities were somewhat gnome like almost... but I can't remember what they were called. I believe it was a grimoire, but I might be wrong. Any ideas? Not sure on the publisher, but it was a smaller occult publisher.
