Aleister Crowley: Magick Book 4 (Weiser, 800 pages edition) is only book you really need.

You might like to start with:
Donald Michael Kraig: Modern Magick Eleven Lessons in the High Magickal Arts

and later
Franz Bardon: Initiation Into Hermetics
