Belief, intent, gathering energy

I'm not privy to the deeper secrets of say Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Kundalini.

But I see some here struggle with gathering energy. What I try to do...is gather a certain emotion, or intent, say anger for a curse focus on a target a then release the intent

I ask my Patron Spirit to bring justice...my emotion, intent, and belief it will happen will cause the energy to manifest as it will.

All that's needed is the magic find a way to manifest in the physical
