Since i began into this magick stuff, i've noticed when i'm in a lucid dream, which is relatively common to happen for me, it is kinda difficult to "be there". I'm don't know how to express it in words, even in my native language 😅🥲😟. The words "blurry" or "fading" can describe a the feeling decently, i guess. Sometimes i can control it, but not perfectly. Sometimes it "fights back", sometimes i just can't. For example:
  • sometimes i have difficult to see specific faces of people i want to, it is like the face keeps transforming in another one as i try to keep it as my desired one
  • i remember trying to shot people in dreams, but can't "create a gun" in my hand, it is just my finger
  • i can remember using super powers in dreams, with difficult(some times it does'nt work), like throwing fire from my hands, even video game characters powers sometimes.
I'm trying to achieve 30 minutes of breathe control, following the exercises of the book "Liber Null & Psychonaut", mind control topic.

Sounds like it is working. Thats awesome. Keep doing what you are doing. Dont change it. Its a new skill you are developing.
Changing it risks going backwards. If its working and you are seeing results, dont mess with it. Let it unfold as you go.
