A question or two for you.
In Christopher's book, Kabalah, Magic and the Great Work of Self Transformation, there is an exercise for each elemental grade up to Philosophus.
In Zelator (first sephiroth on tree, Malkuth) there is Body Ascension in Assiah, where Adonai Ha Aretz is vibrated four times, then Olam Yesodoth is chanted or used on rosary beads. After this, Adonai Ha Aretz is vibrated once more.
Questions:
1. Is it a good idea to do Body Ascension through the four worlds including up to Portal? My rosary has five sets of decade beads and five week beads. This, I could do Zelator up to Portal.
2. Is this possible for a Zelator to do?
3. What are possible side effects of doing this, rather than just Body in Assiah?
