It was about ancient greek magical gemstones. I remember on each page there was a picture of a magical gemstone and underneath a very detailed explaination on the special characters and the barbarous names. If I remember correctly on each page there was a greek and also an english translation but I might be misremembering.

Moved to Book Discussios and Reviews with a "Seeking Recommendation" tag - Book Requests is about requesting specific books while giving all available information (author, title, link, etc.) in such posts. Furthermore, I've edited the title of your post because "I need help finding a book" doesn't tell us anything about the book you're looking for and might be the reason why it'll be ignored by most members.

The only books on (carved) magical gemstones I've ever come across myself are scholarly works on magic in antiquity like the PGM but there were surely no barbarous names under the images (often showing the Gnostic Abrasax) if that's any help.

Do I delete the post?
You can't delete your post, even I as a mod would have to ask permission first to delete it. I can edit the thread's title & tag though if you'd like to discuss the book but if you have discovered the book you're looking for, everything's fine. If I were you, I'd leave it unchanged though, maybe some knows some additional books on the subject.
