Book Request Rule No. 5: "The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)".

I only didn't decline your request because the book is available from several small outlets (and not just one) and because free copies of his other books have turned up in the past, so there.
