Hi! Does anyone have a copy of Effigy: Of Graven Image and Holy Idol by Martin Duffy, Anathema Marthana by Martin Duffy or Idolatry Restored by Daniel Schulke?

Please make individual requests for each book, as per rule #8
Unless the books are volumes of the same series (eg. Conjure Codex I - III) then please put each individual book in it's own thread

Also, it seems that the first book is considered a rare or limited edition, which also goes against rule #5
The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)
