To those, this is dedicated.
Choose a theme for the Novena in question, and decide on candle colors, incense and oils appropriate to forces invoked.
Setup your altar facing East.
Perform a Temple Purification Ritual.
Here is an example:
Have wand/dagger, salt plate, water cup, and lit incense on the altar with unlit candles.
Take up white/invoking end of wand in hand, shake three times to the East saying "HEKAS HEKAS HEKAS ESTE BABALOI!!!"
Take up white/invoking end of wand in hand, shake three times to the South saying "HEKAS HEKAS HEKAS ESTE BABALOI!!!"
Take up white/invoking end of wand in hand, shake three times to the West saying "HEKAS HEKAS HEKAS ESTE BABALOI!!!"
Take up white/invoking end of wand in hand, shake three times to the North saying "HEKAS HEKAS HEKAS ESTE BABALOI!!!"
Face East with wand in hand. (or dagger)
Perform the Qabalistic Cross Ritual, with wand held by black/banishing end.
Perform the Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram, Earth Banishing, holding wand by white/invoking end.
Perform the Qabalistic Cross Ritual, with wand hand by black/banishing end of wand.
Place wand/dagger back on altar.
Take water in cupped hand, add a pinch of salt and stir with index finger of opposite hand. The cupped hand should be the right hand.
Take the index, thumb and middle finger curled in into the cupped hand, and sprinkle three times in the East.
Say:
"So therefore the priest who governeth the works of fire, shall sprinkle with the lustral water of the loud resounding sea."
Place Water Cup back on Altar.
Take up Incense Censer.
Consecrate the chamber three times with Incense smoke to the East.
Say:
"When after all the phantoms have vanished, thou shalt see that holy and formless fire, that fire which darts and flashes through the hidden depths of the universe, hear thou the voice of fire."
Replace censer back on altar.
Take the index, thumb and middle finger curled in into the cupped hand, and sprinkle three times in the South.
Say:

Place Water Cup back on Altar. Take up Incense Censer.
Consecrate the chamber three times with Incense smoke to the South.
Say:

Replace censer back on altar.
Take up wand by black/banishing end

Take up wand by black/banishing end, and perform the Adoration of the Lord of the Universe.
Light the candles in order, after dressing them
(tealight - clockwise thirty seconds concentrating on theme novena, taper, clockwise top to bottom, concentrating on theme novena):
Left Altar Candle (UL), Right Altar Candle (UR), Personal Candle (LL), Objective Candle (LR).
Say while lighting the altar candles:
"Let the good come in, as the bad goes out;
Let the day be bright, and the night be stilled;
Let the mind be clear, let the heart be stout;
Lt the soul be free, and the eye with beauty lifted."
Light the Personal and Objective candles, saying:
"As the fragrance rises ever loftier,
As the light glows ever lovelier,
Banish the forces which hinder my way,
Light the path to victory this day."
For each psalm:
Pray the sign of the cross and the Lords Prayer.
Pray the psalm and speak the affirmation.
Pray to All Saints or a specific Saint.
Pray the Novena and the Psalm.
Perform the Invoking Earth Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram.
Perform the Middle Pillar Ritual.
Let the candles burn out as you meditate on the theme and affirmation of the Novena.
Perform the LBRP.
