I’ve heard of this before (hence being mostly celibate, I’m not clear on what it means by the “right time” l in accordance to moon phases) but never have I heard it explained in such a straight forward way, let alone in a way so simplified. Channel name just screams “basic b-sh info“ but I was pleasantly surprised with the graphics and how they had Antonio’s voice over even though the info can be found elsewhere.
what do you all think of this esoteric interpretation?

I need To write it down and examine it more closely but for now I thought I’d just share the video with all of you and get your opinions on this tutorial.

If you can make it past / ignore the lolz of the first 20 seconds, it's a pretty good video actually. Not saying I agree with / am convinced of everything in it, but there's a good message. In a birthchart (made for free anywhere online) you can see the Zodiac sign the Moon was in when you were born.

Yeah a big part of my hesitation to post was the lol thing I know stuff on the surface can look ridiculous but it makes me think of jesters in Greek plays, never meant to be taken seriously yet make the most sense. Not all jesters are built the same but I found the moon phase thing fascinating. and yeah I had a natal chart done, just was curious of people’s interpretation of it.

I do not really see any thing regarding a tutorial here. I have heard about this before, but i have not gotten any information in detail how this practice is done. I guess kundalini yoga or hatha yoga are 2 methods for achieving this — but i also would suspect diet and lifestyle would be crucial for this process.

Idk why this was put under tutorial but yeah, celibacy is an act of sexual transmutation, it doesn’t mean don’t sleep with anyone but every act is an energy exchange and shouldn’t be wasted especially the vital essence, also there is ofc, abstinence in many forms for achieving “enlightenment” but that negates the process of being human. Finding a balance would be preferable. Celibacy or the act of self pleasuring is a vital one, for both males and females. There’s a saying… Every truth is a hard truth and anything worth doing is hard.
however finding a balance or the sweet spot in which you can achieve your ultimate goal is truly being enlightened, in this casual realm as well as any other as long as it’s done with self respect.
