You can use your tarot cards to make your circle and triangle.

The 22 cards of the Major Arcana have astrological and elemental correspondences which makes it possible to use them to recreate the zodiac as it currently is.

  1. Look up a drawing of the current horoscope
  2. Lay the zodiac cards out in a circle that resembles the current situation
  3. Add the planetary cards in their current location
  4. Lay out the three elemental cards in the shape of a triangle outside the circle

Example:

Right now here in NL Sagittarius is rising. So XIV Art goes in the East.
Then continuing widdershins I'd place the Devil and the Star.
Pisces is located in the North, so that's where XVIII the Moon goes.
Then continue with the Emperor and Hierophant.
Gemini is in the West, so that's where I place VI the Lovers.
Then continue with the Chariot and Lust.
Virgo is in the South, so that's the location of the Hermit.
Then complete the circle with Balance and Death.

II, XIX and I (the moon, the sun and mercury) are currently all located in Sagittarius so they are placed with XIV in the East.
III (Venus) is in Capricorn (XV), and Saturn (XXI) + Jupiter (X) are in Aquarius (XVII).
Mars finally (XVI) is in Scorpio (XIII).

Laying the cards out like this on the floor around you can give you some insight in the astrological situation and allows you to more easily turn towards the planets location during ritual or meditation (if you think that's useful)
