[Help] Clairaudience or am I just crazy?

So for more than few years now, I've been hearing internal verbalizations of people around me. I don't hear everything they think but whenever it's something about me, especially if a word or sentence about me, I hear it very clearly in my mind's ears. Sometimes even usually at night time, I can hear people's thoughts and feel the energy they direct towards me if they happen to be thinking about me for some reason, no matter how far away they might happen to be.

I can 100% of the time attribute this to a person when it happens nearby, and 50% of the time when it happens remotely - while not in vicinity of them.

I have been skeptical for long and attributed it to my own mind's expectations of what they might be thinking but it's really colorful and really matches the source person's personality well - I'm not sure how my mind could come up with some of these things. It just usually does sound like something they might be thinking, matches their style if you know what I mean. I don't even have to be thinking about them, it pops in randomly seemingly at the time they generate these thoughts.

What is this? Is this some kind of clairaudience? I might or might not have asked spirits for such ability in my younger days when I used to spam them with wishes so might be something they imparted on me, not sure.

How can I hone this skill if it's not just outright schizophrenia symptom?

I don't know how to verify legitimacy of this, but this one time I confronted my friend with his mental phrase at the time he thought of it and he was shocked and claimed that it was exactly what he was thinking. But this was single small sentence and he sometimes would say it out loud so maybe just my mind making it up.

The insight is real. Telepathy itself doesn't really work as advertised by comics. The mind isn't limited to a single conscious narration, there's many thoughts going on and the mind is non-local to the body, so you're picking up on a soul-thought, not an ego-thought. Thus why you call it clairaudience, it's a better word. Confronting people on telepathy/clairaudience has mixed results because of this, the ego is not necessarily focused on what you pick up on. But you can reflect on these insights and communicate back with them non-verbally, same as how the sentiment was transmitted to you, you transmit back.

It's best to think of these moments as moments of your ego expanding to include other bodies in your self-identity, rather than on you picking up on something external, you've internalized others through your capacity for compassion.

Telepathy, a naturally occurring part of everyone's communication that is normally suppressed.

How can I hone this skill if it's not just outright schizophrenia symptom?

Take it about as seriously as you take your dreams: occasionally revealing and pertinent, often not, and never of dire consequence. Don't let it bother or obsess you, act on it when it seems insightful or helpful, and don't tell anyone about it.

Maybe consider the lucrative field of business contract negotiation, in which insight about the other team is valuable.

I have exactly the same!

It doesn't matter what, who, distance or time, etc... if the energy is about me, I am aware of it.

Even people I do not know or things I'm not aware of.

I often compare it to being able to see "everything" (everything that pertains to me).

I don't know how to hone the skill, but I feel that it is something that is born out of awareness, and expands naturally through awareness.

welcome to the occult gossip lane. most women makes it feel insecure without knowing why and its often only felt.
since you guys can hear it, you can also play with it like talking to each other, scare them a bit or pull them deeper into an occult convo, etc.

its not always fun to hear others hidden judgements, but it teaches you why you like someone for example or why you just dont like that dude.

over the years ( im over 50 ) my body has changed from fuckable chick into milf and it made me very insecure at times. learning to sit still while hearing a lot of human judgements made me more at ease with me, but also gave me the anger, eventually, to make decisions based upon my inner ear.

so in a sense its a path of whispers and in the end one should be possible to go deaf, have a silent mind and still trust that inner occult judgement about others and yourself.

in the mystical sense this IS the reason why one should have nice thoughts.

The difference between delusional psychosis and clairvoyance/clairaudience is if you are making reality checks. A crazy person doesnt ask themselves if theyre crazy. But somebody with the ability will seek confirmation from either others with the ability or verify the information they are getting. Living in denial of the ability will exacerbate it until you accept it. Your story is very common amongst mediums and clairvoyants.
