There are Pentacles to command demons (which didn't work for me) and there is an outlined method in the Ars Goetia to command with the power of Yahweh) But my relationship with Yahweh is not great, so no wonder David's verses didn't work out for me. I don't want to think about demons in this life or the afterlife. But there are some angels I would like to command namely Michael and Raphael. How do I go about it?

About why this is in the LHP instead of the RHP? Commanding is considered LHP, and since the subject is commanding, I think LHP is the section. Otherwise mods are most welcome to shift this to the RHP side

The dichotomy between LHP and RHP tends to fall apart the deeper you get into conjuration. Spirit conjuring is about assuming your authority and position in the spiritual heirarchy. You are a human. A corporeal being with an eternal soul. This is what makes you the envy of the spirit world and is your authority. The classification of spirits into different realms is more about their proximity to the corporeal realm, their functionality, and what exactly you are exercising. A demon in the classical and antique world was thought of as an animalistic terrestrial spirit that functioned as an automaton. This was pre-christianization. This is why demons seem to be particularly effective and immediate at manifesting results quickly but also why they seem to have a propensity to wreaking havoc if unchecked through the proper chains of conjuration tech. An angel however, especially an archangel, is thought amongst conjurers to be an arm of the will of God. Working with angels is like working with a one dimensional bulldozer. Having an adept ability at demon conjuration does not exclude you from working with angels and utilizing angels to bind and command demons is considered the safest and historically used practice to working with them. But they are angels, their will is not in line with your human will filled with material desires and human ends. They do not understand your human will or work within its motivations. If your will is in line with the function of the angel and in line with the will of God then the angel will perform its function to your ends. But if your will deviates from the angels function its not going to be of much use to you and it will bulldoze your wants for what God's will is.

Now there are plenty of angels in angelology that have practical use in magic, however trying to strong arm them into doing something deviant of their function as an extension of God's will is a futile effort. I would say dont worry about allegiance to classes of spirits as its self limiting and use the correct tool for the job.

How do I go about it?

There are at least two ways: Most identify an auspicious month+day+time for invoking/evoking the angel. Then they bind the angel releasing it on condition. It's a pact. Another way is speaking Lashon-Kodesh and commanding them using their given legal name while invoking The Almighty's authority.

Is this an incantation?

Lashon Kodesh, literally translated, is "Holy Language". Most translate it as "In Hebrew", but, that's not entirely accurate.

So Michael or Raphael

I apologize in advance if this sounds obtuse, but, yes-and-no. One could use those names if they consistently produce an accurate conception in the psyche, while they are articulating them. For example: For me, from my culture, if one is looking for "Michael", that one comes from the Song-Of-The-Sea, Exodus 15. That's where I would go to cultivate an accurate conception. However, that may not work for others because the words of that particular song will produce different ideas and feelings to others who do not come from that background. This is why, in Kabalah, it's taught, always pray in your native language. The magic, for lack of a better word, comes from the heart-and-mind of the one who is speaking. Not from the letters. Not from their syllables.

Does Almighty mean Yahweh or just gonna say "I invoke the authority of the Almighty"

The name "Yahweh" means different things to different people. If one intends to speak "Holy Language" for commanding "angels", there is no room for error. It's very precise. It must be 100% correct. But... that "100% correct version" is going to be different for each and every person in each and every different situation.

Maybe this will help?

When something terrible happens, a car crash, a plane crash, someone is being confronted with the very real possibility of their own demise, many people pray to a higher power. These prayers, in those moments, are pure. 100% true. In each and every way. It's because the individual is in a desperate, fearful state. That particular circumstance automatically produces a prayer which is 100% accurate. That's what one is aspiring to when speaking "Lashon Kodesh". The name used is not important at all in those moments. It's the conception in the mind, it's the feelings in the heart. These are the attributes defining "accuracy" in this context.

while invoking The Almighty's authority.

To begin with, an invocation, is something which is happening internally in the heart-and-mind of the aspirant. If I am invoking the authority of the Almighty ( whomever that Almighty is ), I am feeling the weight of that on my own soul, and I am realizing the implications of all of that power, in my conscious mind. It's terrifying to consider. It's like standing in the face of a tsunami. No wonder, the one who is called "Yahweh" was considered a "Storm God" by many ancient people.

just gonna say "I invoke the authority of the Almighty"

Sadly, no. It's not that easy. One would need to, actually accept "the yoke of heaven" on themself, in their own heart-and-mind.

my relationship with Yahweh is not great

Believe it or not, struggling / striving / "wrestling" with Yahweh, is not necessarily a problem. It can be flipped into an asset.
